The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU ductless mini split system provides efficient heating and cooling across four independently controlled zones. This configuration combines three 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with one 9,000 BTU air handler, making it a practical solution for homes with rooms requiring different comfort levels.
Powered by a DC inverter condenser with a 23 SEER2 rating, the system continuously adjusts its output to match demand while helping maintain consistent indoor temperatures. Each wall-mounted air handler includes individual controls, reusable filters, directional airflow, quiet operation, and smart connectivity.
MRCOOL's DIY design uses pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets with R-454B refrigerant, simplifying installation without traditional refrigerant charging. The system also supports smartphone control and integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Home for convenient control throughout the home.
