The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU ductless mini split system is built to provide efficient heating and cooling across four independently controlled rooms. This configuration includes four 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers connected to a single 27,000 BTU outdoor condenser, making it a practical solution for multi-room residential comfort.
With 23 SEER2 DC inverter technology, the system continuously adjusts its output to match the demand of each zone while maintaining dependable year-round comfort. Each 9,000 BTU air handler is designed for spaces up to approximately 400 square feet and includes wireless remote control, reusable filtration, quiet operation, and smart control capabilities.
The system is designed around MRCOOL's DIY installation approach, using pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets with R-454B refrigerant. Users can manage system operation through the Smart HVAC Controller and app, with support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. The condenser provides 26,000 BTU of cooling and heating capacity and supports four indoor air handlers.
