The MRCOOL® DIY® 12K 4th Generation 12,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump provides efficient year-round comfort for spaces up to 500 square feet. With up to 22.5 SEER2 efficiency, 115V operation, and variable-speed DC inverter technology, this system is designed to deliver reliable heating and cooling while helping reduce operating costs.
Designed specifically for simplified installation, the DIY® 12K system includes a pre-charged 25-foot Quick Connect® line set with communication wire, allowing qualifying installations to be completed without specialized HVAC tools or equipment. Its single-zone configuration makes it well suited for garages, workshops, bedrooms, sunrooms, RVs, and other spaces without existing ductwork.
The system includes SmartHVAC Wi-Fi control for convenient operation through compatible Apple and Android devices, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant. Additional features include refrigerant leakage detection, a corrosion-resistant Gold Fin® condenser, quiet operation, multiple fan modes, ENERGY STAR and AHRI certification, and a standard 7-year compressor and 5-year parts warranty.
