With 12,000 BTU capacity, 23.5 SEER2 efficiency, and a 115V electrical configuration, this single-zone system combines advanced comfort control with a simplified installation process.
Designed for DIY installation, the system includes a 25-foot pre-charged QuickConnect® line set using R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming during installation. The included DIYPRO® cable also eliminates the need for traditional electrical conduit, while wireless remote control, SmartHVAC app compatibility, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant provide convenient control options.
The system features Follow Me® technology for more precise temperature control, Dry Mode for humidity reduction, Quiet Mode operation, and a Gold Fin® condenser coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. With Energy Star and AHRI certification, plus a 5-year parts warranty and 7-year compressor warranty, the 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® system is built for dependable long-term comfort.
