The MRCOOL® DIY® 12K BTU 5th Generation Ductless Mini Split Air Handler delivers efficient heating and cooling for single-zone spaces up to approximately 550 square feet. Designed for straightforward, tool-free installation, this 115V air handler combines dependable year-round comfort with smart controls and convenient DIY-friendly operation.
The system uses MRCOOL's DIY® QuickConnect® technology with a pre-charged 25-foot line set filled with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for traditional vacuuming during installation. The included DIYPRO® cable removes the need for conventional electrical conduit while providing additional protection against outdoor elements and wildlife.
Control the system using the wireless remote, SmartHVAC app for Apple and Android devices, or hands-free voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Follow Me® technology allows the air handler to respond to the temperature around the remote for more personalized comfort, while Dry Mode helps reduce humidity and excess condensation. The Gold Fin® Condenser also provides enhanced corrosion resistance for reliable outdoor performance.
