The MRCOOL® DIY® 12K BTU 5th Generation Ductless Mini Split Condenser delivers efficient heating and cooling for single-zone spaces between approximately 350 and 500 square feet. With a 23.5 SEER2 rating, 12,000 BTU capacity, and 115V operation, it combines dependable performance with the convenience of a DIY-friendly installation.
The system is designed around MRCOOL's QuickConnect® technology and uses a pre-charged 25-foot line set with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for traditional vacuuming during installation. The included DIYPRO® cable replaces conventional electrical conduit while helping protect the installation from weather, animals, and outdoor damage.
Convenient control options include the included remote, SmartHVAC app compatibility for Apple and Android devices, and voice control through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The Gold Fin® condenser coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance, while features such as Auto Mode, Timer, Quiet Mode, automatic restart, and anti-mildew operation help provide comfortable and reliable year-round performance.
