The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 18K BTU Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump System delivers efficient year-round heating and cooling for residential spaces up to approximately 750 square feet. With 18,000 BTU capacity, 22.5 SEER2 efficiency, and 208/230V operation, this single-zone system is designed to provide reliable comfort while maintaining efficient performance.
Designed for easy DIY installation, the system includes a 25-foot pre-charged QuickConnect® line set filled with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming during installation. The included DIYPRO® cable removes the need for traditional electrical conduit while providing additional protection against outdoor elements and wildlife, making installation simpler and more convenient.
The system offers multiple control options through the included wireless remote, SmartHVAC app, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant. Follow Me® technology helps maintain more consistent comfort by sensing the temperature near the remote, while Dry Mode reduces excess humidity. A Gold Fin® condenser coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance, making the system suitable for demanding outdoor environments.
