The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU ductless mini-split system provides efficient year-round heating and cooling for two separate spaces with a 6,000 BTU and 24,000 BTU indoor unit configuration. With a 23 SEER2 rating and DC inverter technology, the system delivers efficient performance while allowing each zone to maintain its own comfort settings.
The system combines a 36,000 BTU multi-zone condenser with two wall-mounted air handlers, including a 6,000 BTU unit designed for spaces up to approximately 200 square feet and a 24,000 BTU unit designed for spaces up to approximately 1,050 square feet. Its pre-charged Quick Connect® line set system is designed to simplify installation without requiring evacuation or refrigerant charging during installation.
Smart HVAC controls provide convenient management through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller® and app, with support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Additional features include Follow Me®, low ambient cooling, quiet mode, Auto Cool, Fan Only, Gold Fin® condenser protection, reusable filters, and eco-friendly R-454B refrigerant. The system includes a 5-year parts warranty, 7-year compressor warranty, and an extended limited lifetime warranty when registered through the MRCOOL® Care Program.
