The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU ductless mini-split system is designed to provide efficient heating and cooling across two separate spaces. Featuring two 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and a 23 SEER2 rating, this system delivers balanced comfort and energy-efficient performance for residential applications.
The 36,000 BTU multi-zone condenser works with the two 9,000 BTU indoor units, each providing coverage for spaces of up to approximately 400 square feet. MRCOOL® DIY® Quick Connect® line sets are pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, allowing for a simplified installation process without the traditional evacuation and refrigerant charging procedures.
DC inverter technology continuously adjusts system output to help maintain consistent temperatures while reducing unnecessary energy consumption. The system also features smartphone app controls, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa compatibility, Follow Me®, low ambient cooling, quiet mode, reusable filters, Gold Fin® condenser protection, and a 100% sealed system. It includes a 5-year parts warranty, 7-year compressor warranty, and an extended limited lifetime warranty when enrolled in the MRCOOL® Care Program.
