The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 55,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split System combines powerful heating and cooling with a convenient two-zone configuration. With a 12,000 BTU and 36,000 BTU indoor unit combination, this system provides flexible comfort control for multiple rooms while delivering efficient operation with up to 22 SEER2 performance.
Designed for easier installation, the DIY® Multi-Zone system uses pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets with R-454B refrigerant, helping simplify the installation process without the need for specialized HVAC tools or traditional refrigerant charging procedures. The system's DC inverter technology continuously adjusts output to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures while improving energy efficiency.
The system supports smart HVAC control through compatible smartphone applications, as well as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant integration. Additional features include Follow Me®, Low Ambient Cooling, Gold Fin® condenser protection, quiet operation, washable filters, and independent comfort control for each connected zone.
