The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 55,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split System delivers powerful heating and cooling across two independently controlled zones with an 18,000 BTU and 24,000 BTU indoor unit configuration. With up to 22 SEER2 efficiency and DC inverter technology, the system is designed to provide consistent comfort while adapting its output to changing indoor conditions.
Built around MRCOOL® DIY® installation technology, this multi-zone system uses pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets to simplify installation by eliminating traditional evacuation and refrigerant charging steps. The 55,000 BTU condenser can support multiple indoor zones, while the included 18K and 24K wall-mounted air handlers provide targeted temperature control for different rooms and living spaces.
The system features R-454B refrigerant, Gold Fin® condenser protection, Follow Me® temperature sensing, low ambient cooling, quiet operation, and Wi-Fi-enabled smartphone control. Compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant adds convenient voice control, while ENERGY STAR® and AHRI certifications support its efficient and dependable performance.
