The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 55,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split System delivers powerful heating and cooling across two separate zones with a 24,000 BTU and 36,000 BTU indoor unit configuration. With a 22 SEER2 rating and advanced DC inverter technology, this system provides efficient performance and responsive comfort for larger residential spaces.
Designed with DIY installation in mind, the system uses MRCOOL® Quick Connect® pre-charged line set technology to simplify installation and reduce the need for traditional refrigerant evacuation and charging. The 55,000 BTU multi-zone condenser works with the included 24K and 36K wall-mounted air handlers, allowing each zone to receive targeted heating and cooling.
Convenient features include R-454B refrigerant, Gold Fin® condenser protection, Follow Me® temperature sensing, low ambient cooling, quiet operation, and smartphone control through the Smart HVAC app. Wi-Fi connectivity with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility adds flexible control, while ENERGY STAR® and AHRI certifications support efficient and dependable operation.
