The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 55,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split System delivers powerful year-round heating and cooling for two separate spaces with a 9,000 BTU and 36,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler combination. With 22 SEER2 efficiency and a DC inverter-driven condenser, this system is designed to provide dependable comfort while adapting its output to changing indoor conditions.
Built around MRCOOL® DIY® technology, the system features pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets that simplify installation without requiring specialized HVAC tools or professional training. The 9K and 36K indoor units provide independent zone comfort, while Wi-Fi connectivity, smartphone app control, Follow Me®, quiet operation, and low ambient cooling provide added convenience throughout the year.
The 55,000 BTU multi-zone condenser uses R-454B refrigerant and can support up to six zones, providing flexibility for larger residential applications and future expansion. With Gold Fin® condenser protection, energy-efficient DC inverter technology, ENERGY STAR® and AHRI certification, a 5-year parts warranty, and a 7-year compressor warranty with extended limited lifetime replacement coverage through the MRCOOL® Care Program, this system is built for efficient and reliable long-term performance.
