The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is built to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate areas with three 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers. This balanced configuration delivers consistent multi-room comfort while allowing each zone to be controlled independently.
Each 12,000 BTU air handler is designed to condition spaces up to approximately 550 square feet, making this system suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, additions, and other medium-sized areas that require dedicated temperature control.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, low ambient cooling, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, the system combines energy-efficient operation with a simplified DIY installation experience.
