The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate spaces with two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 12,000 BTU air handler. This configuration combines targeted zone comfort with the convenience of a single outdoor condenser.
The two 6,000 BTU air handlers are designed for spaces of up to approximately 200 square feet each, while the 12,000 BTU air handler can cover up to approximately 550 square feet. This makes the system suitable for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other spaces requiring individually controlled comfort.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, Smart HVAC app compatibility, Follow Me® functionality, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, this system delivers efficient multi-zone performance while simplifying the installation process.
