The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split provides independent heating and cooling for three separate areas with two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 24,000 BTU air handler. The multi-zone configuration allows each space to receive targeted comfort from a single outdoor condenser.
The two 6,000 BTU air handlers are designed for spaces up to approximately 200 square feet each, while the 24,000 BTU air handler can condition up to approximately 1,050 square feet. This combination is suitable for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and larger spaces requiring dedicated temperature control.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, Smart HVAC app compatibility, Follow Me® functionality, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets, this system combines energy-efficient performance with a simplified DIY installation approach.
