The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split delivers independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms using one 9,000 BTU and two 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers. This configuration provides flexible zone control while allowing the entire system to operate from a single outdoor condenser.
The 9,000 BTU air handler is designed for spaces up to approximately 400 square feet, while each 12,000 BTU air handler can cover up to approximately 550 square feet. This combination is well suited for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other spaces with different comfort requirements.
Featuring a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, low ambient cooling, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, this system combines efficient performance with the simplified installation approach of the MRCOOL DIY® series.
