The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split provides efficient heating and cooling for three separate rooms with two 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 12,000 BTU air handler. This configuration allows each zone to maintain its own comfort level while operating from a single outdoor condenser.
The two 9,000 BTU air handlers are designed for spaces up to approximately 400 square feet each, while the 12,000 BTU air handler can cover up to approximately 550 square feet. Together, the three indoor units create a flexible multi-zone solution for bedrooms, offices, living spaces, additions, and other areas requiring independent temperature control.
Featuring a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone controls, Follow Me® functionality, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets, this system combines energy-efficient operation with the simplified installation approach of the MRCOOL DIY® series.
