The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms with three 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers. This balanced configuration delivers targeted comfort while allowing each zone to be controlled independently from a single outdoor condenser.
Each 9,000 BTU air handler can condition approximately 350 square feet, making this system well suited for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other medium-sized spaces. The 27,000 BTU outdoor condenser supplies all three indoor units through one multi-zone heat pump system.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, low ambient cooling, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, the system combines efficient performance with a simplified DIY installation approach.
