The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration pairs a 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser with three 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers for flexible multi-zone comfort.
Each 12,000 BTU air handler is designed to condition spaces of up to approximately 550 square feet, making this system a practical choice for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other medium-sized spaces. Each zone can be controlled independently while operating from a single outdoor condenser.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, Smart HVAC app compatibility, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, this system combines efficient year-round performance with a simplified DIY installation approach.
