The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration combines two 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with one 18,000 BTU air handler, all powered by a single 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser.
The two 12,000 BTU air handlers can condition spaces of up to approximately 550 square feet each, while the 18,000 BTU air handler is designed for areas of up to approximately 800 square feet. This combination makes the system well suited for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other spaces with different comfort requirements.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, the system provides efficient year-round comfort with a simplified DIY installation approach.
