The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration combines two 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with one 24,000 BTU air handler, all powered by a single 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser.
The two 12,000 BTU air handlers are designed to condition spaces of up to approximately 550 square feet each, while the 24,000 BTU air handler can cover up to approximately 1,050 square feet. This combination provides flexible zoning for rooms with different sizes and comfort requirements.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's Quick Connect® installation technology, this system delivers efficient year-round comfort with a simplified DIY installation approach.
