The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate zones. This configuration combines one 6,000 BTU and two 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with a single 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser for flexible multi-room comfort.
The 6,000 BTU air handler is suited for spaces up to approximately 200 square feet, while each 12,000 BTU air handler can cover up to approximately 550 square feet. This combination provides a practical solution for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other spaces with different heating and cooling requirements.
With 23 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, the system delivers efficient multi-zone comfort while supporting a simplified DIY installation approach.
