The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to deliver independent heating and cooling across three separate areas. This configuration combines 6,000 BTU, 12,000 BTU, and 24,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with one 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser for flexible whole-home comfort.
The three indoor units provide different capacity levels for rooms of varying sizes, making this system suitable for compact bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and larger spaces. The 6,000 BTU air handler is rated for up to 200 square feet, the 12,000 BTU unit for up to 550 square feet, and the 24,000 BTU unit for up to 1,050 square feet.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, Wi-Fi and smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, this multi-zone heat pump provides efficient year-round comfort while simplifying the installation process.
