The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration combines one 6,000 BTU and two 18,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with a single 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser for flexible multi-zone comfort.
The 6,000 BTU air handler is suited for spaces up to 200 square feet, while each 18,000 BTU air handler can condition areas up to approximately 800 square feet. This makes the system a practical solution for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other spaces requiring different comfort levels from one outdoor unit.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, this system delivers efficient year-round heating and cooling with a simplified DIY installation approach.
