The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is built to deliver independent heating and cooling across three separate areas using two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 12,000 BTU air handler. This configuration provides flexible zone control while utilizing a single outdoor condenser.
The two 6,000 BTU indoor units are designed for spaces of approximately 200 square feet each, while the 12,000 BTU air handler can serve an area of up to approximately 550 square feet. This combination is ideal for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other rooms with different comfort requirements.
Featuring 23 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, environmentally friendly R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets, the system provides efficient multi-room comfort with a simplified DIY installation process.
