The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split provides independent heating and cooling across three separate areas with two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 24,000 BTU air handler. This configuration combines compact-room comfort with higher-capacity cooling and heating for a larger living area.
Each 6,000 BTU air handler is designed for spaces of approximately 200 square feet, while the 24,000 BTU air handler can condition a substantially larger area. The three-zone setup makes it easy to manage comfort in bedrooms, offices, living spaces, additions, and other rooms with different temperature requirements.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets, this system delivers efficient multi-zone performance while maintaining the simplified installation approach of the MRCOOL DIY® series.
