The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split provides individually controlled heating and cooling for three separate areas with a 6,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, and 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler configuration. A single 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser powers all three zones for flexible whole-home comfort.
The 6,000 BTU air handler is designed for spaces up to approximately 200 square feet, the 9,000 BTU unit for up to 400 square feet, and the 12,000 BTU unit for up to 550 square feet. This combination is well suited for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other rooms with different heating and cooling requirements.
With 23 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, the system delivers efficient multi-zone comfort while simplifying the installation process.
