The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration combines one 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler with two 12,000 BTU air handlers, providing flexible comfort control for multiple areas.
The 9,000 BTU air handler is designed for spaces up to approximately 350 square feet, while each 12,000 BTU air handler can condition areas of up to approximately 550 square feet. This configuration is well suited for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other residential spaces requiring individually controlled comfort.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, the system delivers efficient year-round heating and cooling with convenient room-by-room control.
