The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration combines one 9,000 BTU and two 18,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers for flexible room-by-room comfort.
The 9,000 BTU air handler is suited for smaller spaces, while the two 18,000 BTU units provide additional capacity for larger bedrooms, living areas, offices, additions, or other residential spaces. The three-zone configuration allows each indoor unit to provide targeted comfort from a single outdoor condenser.
With 23 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® installation design, this system delivers efficient year-round heating and cooling with convenient multi-zone operation.
