The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate rooms. This configuration combines two 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with one 18,000 BTU air handler, allowing each zone to be controlled according to its individual comfort needs.
The two 9,000 BTU air handlers are designed for spaces up to approximately 400 square feet each, while the 18,000 BTU air handler can condition areas up to approximately 800 square feet. This makes the system well suited for bedrooms, offices, living rooms, additions, and other residential spaces requiring flexible multi-zone comfort.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, Wi-Fi and smartphone app compatibility, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's DIY Quick Connect® installation design, this system provides efficient year-round heating and cooling with convenient room-by-room control.
