The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split provides independent heating and cooling for three separate rooms. This configuration combines two 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with one 24,000 BTU air handler for flexible, room-by-room comfort.
Each 9,000 BTU air handler can condition spaces of up to approximately 400 square feet, while the 24,000 BTU air handler is designed for areas up to approximately 1,050 square feet. This configuration is well suited for bedrooms, offices, living rooms, larger additions, and other residential spaces requiring individually controlled comfort.
With a 23 SEER2 rating, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® line set technology, the system combines efficient year-round performance with a simplified DIY installation approach.
