The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 48,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split provides reliable heating and cooling for three separate spaces. This configuration combines three 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with a 48,000 BTU outdoor condenser for flexible multi-room comfort.
Each 12,000 BTU air handler is designed to provide comfort for spaces up to approximately 550 square feet. With three independently controlled indoor units, the system allows you to manage temperatures in multiple rooms while maintaining efficient operation throughout the home.
Featuring 21.8 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, this system delivers convenient year-round comfort with a DIY-friendly installation design.
