The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 48,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across three separate spaces. This configuration combines 6,000 BTU, 12,000 BTU, and 18,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with a single 48,000 BTU outdoor condenser.
The 6,000 BTU air handler is ideal for smaller rooms of up to approximately 200 square feet, while the 12,000 BTU and 18,000 BTU units provide greater capacity for medium and larger spaces. This combination offers flexible zone-by-zone comfort for bedrooms, offices, living areas, additions, and other residential spaces.
With 21.8 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, R-454B refrigerant, smartphone app controls, Follow Me® functionality, and MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® technology, the system delivers efficient year-round comfort with a simplified DIY installation approach.
