The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU ductless mini split system is built to provide efficient heating and cooling across four separate zones. This configuration combines two 6,000 BTU and two 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers, allowing different rooms to maintain their own comfort settings from one outdoor condenser.
With a 23 SEER2 DC inverter system, the condenser adjusts operation according to heating and cooling demand while maintaining efficient performance. The compact wall-mounted air handlers provide directional airflow, reusable filtration, quiet operation, and individual remote controls for convenient room-by-room comfort.
Installation is simplified with MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets using R-454B refrigerant. The system also supports Wi-Fi and smartphone control, with compatibility for iOS, Android, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home. The 27,000 BTU condenser supports up to four indoor air handlers and is designed for multi-room residential applications.
