MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen Multi-Zone 4-Zone 36,000 BTU 23 SEER2 (6K + 6K + 18K + 18K) Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump

The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU ductless mini split system is designed to provide independent heating and cooling across four rooms. This configuration pairs two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers with two 18,000 BTU units, creating a flexible setup for smaller rooms and larger living spaces.

With a 23 SEER2 rating and DC inverter technology, the system is built for efficient year-round comfort while allowing each zone to be adjusted independently. The 6,000 BTU air handlers are designed for spaces up to approximately 200 square feet, while each 18,000 BTU unit can cover up to approximately 800 square feet.

MRCOOL DIY Quick Connect® technology uses pre-charged R-454B line sets to simplify installation without the traditional evacuation and refrigerant charging process. The wall-mounted air handlers include Wi-Fi and smartphone app compatibility, remote controls, reusable filters, and multiple comfort modes. The 36,000 BTU condenser supports up to five zones, providing flexibility for future expansion.
