The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Gen Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU ductless mini split system delivers efficient heating and cooling across five independently controlled rooms. This configuration combines three 6,000 BTU, one 9,000 BTU, and one 18,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers, making it suitable for spaces with different comfort and capacity requirements.
With a 23 SEER2 rating and DC inverter technology, the system is designed to provide dependable year-round comfort while adjusting output to changing demand. Each 6,000 BTU unit covers up to approximately 200 square feet, the 9,000 BTU unit covers up to approximately 400 square feet, and the 18,000 BTU unit covers up to approximately 800 square feet.
MRCOOL DIY Quick Connect® technology uses pre-charged R-454B line sets to simplify installation by eliminating the traditional evacuation and refrigerant charging process. Each wall-mounted air handler includes Wi-Fi and app compatibility, a remote control, reusable filter, and multiple comfort settings. The 36,000 BTU condenser can support up to five zones, maximizing the system's potential for whole-home comfort.
