The MRCOOL® DIY® 9K BTU 5th Generation Mini Split Air Handler provides efficient heating and cooling for single-zone spaces up to approximately 400 square feet. Designed for straightforward installation, this 115V air handler combines dependable year-round comfort with smart controls and convenient DIY-friendly features.
The system is designed around MRCOOL's DIY® QuickConnect® technology and works with a pre-charged 25-foot line set filled with R-454B refrigerant, helping simplify installation by eliminating the need for traditional vacuuming. The included DIYPRO® cable also eliminates the need for conventional electrical conduit while providing additional protection against outdoor elements and wildlife.
Comfort control is available through the included wireless remote, SmartHVAC app for Apple and Android devices, and voice commands using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Follow Me® technology allows the system to monitor the temperature near the remote, while Dry Mode helps reduce humidity for a more comfortable indoor environment. The system also features a Gold Fin® condenser for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term outdoor durability.
