The MRCOOL® DIY® Hybrid Central Split System combines centralized ducted comfort with independent room control in a flexible two-zone configuration. It pairs a 48,000 BTU MRCOOL DIY multi-zone condenser with a 36,000 BTU Hybrid™ Split System Ducted DIY Air Handler and a 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler.
The 36K ducted air handler is designed to distribute conditioned air throughout larger shared spaces through ductwork, making it well suited for main living areas, suites, or grouped rooms. The 9K wall-mounted air handler adds dedicated comfort to a smaller space such as a bedroom, office, addition, or bonus room.
With inverter-driven heat pump technology, MRCOOL DIY Quick Connect® compatibility, and independent two-zone operation, this hybrid system provides both heating and cooling while giving each indoor area its own comfort control.
