The MRCOOL® DIY® Hybrid Central Split System combines whole-home ducted comfort with independent room control in a practical two-zone configuration. This system pairs a 36,000 BTU multi-zone condenser with a 24,000 BTU Hybrid™ Split System Ducted DIY Air Handler and a 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler.
The 24K ducted air handler is designed to distribute conditioned air through ductwork across larger living areas, suites, or connected rooms. The 9K wall-mounted air handler provides dedicated comfort for a smaller space such as a bedroom, office, addition, or bonus room.
Inverter-driven heat pump technology provides efficient heating and cooling, while MRCOOL DIY Quick Connect® compatibility helps simplify installation. The two-zone configuration allows the ducted and wall-mounted areas to be controlled independently for more personalized comfort.
