The MRCOOL® DIY® Hybrid Central Split System provides a versatile two-zone solution by combining concealed ducted air distribution with dedicated wall-mounted comfort. This configuration pairs a 36,000 BTU multi-zone condenser with a 24,000 BTU Hybrid™ Split System Ducted DIY Air Handler and a 12,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler.

The 24K ducted air handler is designed to distribute conditioned air through existing or newly installed ductwork, making it suitable for larger shared areas such as living spaces, suites, or connected rooms. The 12K wall-mounted air handler provides independent comfort for a separate room, bedroom, office, addition, or bonus space.

With inverter-driven heat pump technology, 23 SEER2 efficiency, and MRCOOL DIY Quick Connect® compatibility, this hybrid system delivers both heating and cooling while maintaining independent control between the ducted and wall-mounted zones.
