What you should know

Everything a single zone needs is in the box: pre-charged condenser, wall-mount air handler, and the 25-foot pre-charged Quick Connect line set. The only thing you supply is power and a couple of hours of work.

That power is a dedicated 208/230V circuit with a breaker no larger than 25 amps and 24A minimum circuit ampacity. Have an electrician run the circuit if it does not exist yet, and plan on a helper for the 123-pound condenser.

The 5th Gen platform runs R-454B and only pairs with 5th Gen parts, so future replacements or line set swaps must stay in the family. If your space is closer to 700 square feet, look at the 18K system before you commit; oversizing costs money up front and comfort later.
