When one wall unit needs to carry an entire floor or a serious shop, this is the system built for it.
Even at 3 tons, the installation stays homeowner-friendly. The 25-foot Quick Connect line set arrives pre-charged with R-454B, so there is no vacuum pump, no gauges, and no special tools or refrigerant certification. Most homeowners have it mounted and connected in an afternoon.

What you should know
This is a complete system: pre-charged condenser, wall-mounted air handler, and 25-foot pre-charged Quick Connect line set all ship together, along with the mounting hardware and remote. Nothing else is required beyond the electrical circuit.
That circuit is the biggest one in the DIY single-zone range: 208/230V with a breaker no larger than 35 amps and 33A minimum circuit ampacity. Unless you already have it, plan an electrician visit before installation day. The condenser also weighs just over 152 pounds, so line up a second pair of hands.
Being 5th Gen equipment, every part runs R-454B and pairs only with other 5th Gen components; nothing here mixes with 3rd or 4th Gen gear. And if 1,550 square feet is more than your space needs, the 24K system costs less to buy and run.
